This research is aim at determining relationship between corporate culture, leader behavior and personality with environmental sanitation behavior on lecturer at University of Satya Negara Indonesia (USNI) Jakarta. The method used was survey with a correlational study by involving 85 samples. Data has been analyzed by ANOVA. Research results revealed that there is positive and significant correlation among those variables, even though it has been controlled by second-order correlation, it is still significant among them. Those are practical implications which could be put environmental sanitation behavior on lecturers to be more positive in consideration dimension. Therefore, in maintaining the strength on environmental sanitation behavior, the researchers could be able to search more relevant variables to be involved in next research. The novelty in this research on environmental sanitation behavior which is related to corporate culture, leader behavior and personality
